The client Top Drive Club operates one of the largest domestic automotive e-marketplaces, providing new and used cars across the EU. The company has been providing its services for several years and always emphasizes quality of service and individual approach. Minimum delivery and subsequent handover of the car to the client is a matter of course.

Our future client, Top Drive Club, faced a challenge. It had an external IT vendor who failed to understand the company's environment and design an effective and sustainable solution with vision.
real need
At the time, Top Drive Club faced a big challenge - to minimize inventory, optimize cash flow, and at the same time always have a few dozen great cars on the lot for end clients to see and buy on the spot.
In 2 years we have helped Top Drive Club to increase its turnover by 300 %.
technical solution
The IT solution deployed today is very extensive and contains several scalable modules.
The entire large-scale system consists of six main modules and is hosted on dozens of servers with enormous computing power.
- Scraping module - has many sub-modules and as such provides raw data from websites and classifieds portals across the European market, resulting in hundreds of cars flowing in every second for further analysis and processing.
- Analytical module - receives data from scraping modules and does advanced "magic" with it in the form of car quality control, advertised photos using AI, pricing control, but also machine learning, where we automatically add technical metadata, parameters and specifications for inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Logging module - we work with a really huge amount of data, where it is very difficult to understand the data flows. Therefore, it was inevitable to have all the data and its flows under control. We are able to see any problems or inconsistencies in real time and react immediately without the need for extensive debugging. Some processes are already so automated that the data can correct itself or even destroy itself.
- Core module - the heart of everything. This is where the data is stored and worked with, and where the B2C sales logic takes place - enquiry processing, automated exports to support sales, etc. Automatic "bridging" of data flow from different systems. Simply without the core module, it would not be what TopDriveClub software is now. And the other plans are huge.
- B2C module (e-shop) - Sales module for customers with the ability to search and filter across a variety of detailed parameters that cannot be found anywhere else. Another feature is the inquiry option. There are also plans to develop an entire solution for fleet management and management of purchased cars, including tracking demand statuses, etc.
- Central module - Sales module for internal employees Top Drive Club - administration for salespeople and management, important sales data and data analytics.
